Online appointment booking:
Booking an appointment prior, for any kind of administration at our Consular Office is a mandatory requirement. You can arrange the booking process on this webpage. 11 days prior to the booked date, the system sends an automatic reminder email, in which you are asked to confirm your appointment. Please, always give us feedback through this option as well, because if you do not, we may delete the appointment. Hereby we also notify you that in case you book an appointment – to our Consular Office – for a different kind of application submission than you in fact would like to submit in person, we are not able to accept your request.
Please, fill out all the mandatory parts during the registration with the official data found on your ID/passport, and provide contact information (email address, phone number) that is valid, so we can use it to reach the contact person in charge.
