The ASEAN and ASEM membership of Cambodia and the country's active foreign policy and stable economy are a good starting point for a new chapter in our bilateral relations.
The visit of Mr. Zoltán Balog Minister of Human Capacities in Phnom Penh in March 2013 during which the Memorandum of Understanding between the Hungarian Ministry of Human Capacities and the Cambodia Ministry of Culture and Fine Arts had been signed was a true milestone of the fruitful cooperation in the field of culture.
